Power Song/Lab Rat Music

I have not been posting my Power Songs for the past few months so I decided to post a few to get  rolling on my weekly power song posts I alos decided to change my Power Songs title to Lab Rat Music. Lab Rat Music are songs that make me move, feel and get motivated, whether it is to workout, put a smile on my face or write a blog post. Songs range from alternative, indie, hip hop, dance and pop. I’m a big mess when in comes to music and I listen to EVERYTHING!

 

445am…and were off!

My daily routine starts with me usually waking up at 5am, 445am on a good day. For some reason I was so psyched to work out today. Todays plan was 30 min cardio(stairmaster) and biceps, triceps, quads, hamstrings, and glutes. Ahhhhh… life is good after the gym and I have some pics of my routine and some update pics (there not that gr8, I hate taking pics of myself at the gym…lol)





I chose to do these exercises as supersets, doing two exercises per set, I luv it!!!!

I didnt get to take a good pic of my leg, but I will get a pic up soon.

Mind you… My goal is not to get BUFF….no way! I just want to be a lean, mean, ass kicking machine :)

Update… Boot camp routine

The week is coming to an end and I am killing it. this is the routine I did on Wednesday and I will have a week ending report of my successes!

I cant wait until this Saturday, I am trying out a new routine I saw in Fitness RX and it supposed to be a rough one. It is interval training done with giant sets, that cant be fun :-/
