The week is coming to an end and I am killing it. this is the routine I did on Wednesday and I will have a week ending report of my successes!

I cant wait until this Saturday, I am trying out a new routine I saw in Fitness RX and it supposed to be a rough one. It is interval training done with giant sets, that cant be fun :-/

iFitness…My Fitness Savior

I <3 iFitness. It is the BEST App you can ever buy on iTunes. I am NOT exaggerating, BUY this app. I was able to create my weight routine for the morning and then email my workout log with the amount of weights used and reps  for tracking. You can either have it emailed in an excel format or in a pdf, that includes the pics of the exercises you did.

So I am super excited that Perez Hilton created this site because its a combination of two things I love (one of them being a guilty pleasure) celebrity gossib and Fitness!!!! The whole website is dedicated to fitness, and showcases celebrities and their diets, fitness tips, up to date fitness facts, and lots of PICS!!!

Lunch With The Competitor

Lunch time is when you really see how someone is fueling their body and if they are getting the right nutrients from their food. My competitor for “The Challenge” contest ate a plate of salad with carrots and a morning side chicken patty sandwich. In my opinion it did not look to appetizing ( I still luv you Aurora).

I on the other hand had a Tomato Bisque soup from Life Food Gourmet, a spicy black been burger from Morning Side, and a handful of prunes. I definitely enjoyed my food :)
