Oh dear! This is how I can express my day today, “Oh dear”. The day was going smoothly, life was good, I finished my work for the day, BUT then an attack came. A candy attack!  I was getting really stressed about one of my MBA classes today so I went straight to the candy! I had about 10 pieces of candy and I felt horrible. I was sad that i fell to the temptation and I felt bad because I had a tummy ache. When I cheat I CHEAT! Then when I got to school I had 2 cups of rice 2 pieces of bread and a carrot cake. I didnt stop, I just kept going. My mind stopped and I just continued to eat. What’s a girl to do?!  BUT I know tomorrow is a new day and I get to start over again. That is what’s great about life, every day is a new day and you just have to pick yourself back up. You never want to ruin all that you work hard for, for one bad day. It is easier said then done but you have to continuously talk to yourself and self motivate. How do you make up for a bad day?

November Readings….

Ohh…how I love Magazine time. Magazines are the inspiration I need to give me that little push every month when I start to go into a slump. There are great articles, new routines, nutrition tips, and inspiring stories to get you back on track. I get a variety of them some, which many times tend to say the same thing. However, each magazine has its own charm and thats why I buy them.

445am…and were off!

My daily routine starts with me usually waking up at 5am, 445am on a good day. For some reason I was so psyched to work out today. Todays plan was 30 min cardio(stairmaster) and biceps, triceps, quads, hamstrings, and glutes. Ahhhhh… life is good after the gym and I have some pics of my routine and some update pics (there not that gr8, I hate taking pics of myself at the gym…lol)





I chose to do these exercises as supersets, doing two exercises per set, I luv it!!!!

NOW for the update pics:

I didnt get to take a good pic of my leg, but I will get a pic up soon.

Mind you… My goal is not to get BUFF….no way! I just want to be a lean, mean, ass kicking machine :)

Ohhh…The Pain

So on Sunday I decided to do a routine from Jessica Putnam (above) that I saw in Fitness RX magazine. What a routine! I woke up on Monday in SOOO much pain that I could not even go to the gym in the morning, my body really needed the rest. BUT the routine was AMAZING!!! I loved it and I plan to do it once a week.

Below is Jessica Putnam’s Boot Camp routine:

1st Giant Set

Burpees-15 reps

Pushups-10 reps

Mountain Climbers- 50 total reps

2nd Giant set

Squat dumbell front raises-15 reps

Pop Squats up on step- 15 reps

Dips on Bench- 15-20 reps

3rd Giant Set

Bench Jumps- 30 seconds

Bent over rows- 15 reps

Walking lunges- 10 walking forward 10 walking backward

4th Giant Set

Toe Taps on bench- 50 total reps

21s with a Barbell or Dumbbells

Jump Squats-10-15 reps

And thats the routine a High intensity, non stop, fat burning, strength training workout!
