Lab Rat Recap: May 15- May 21

* Workout five times-Weights 3x Nike training 2x:  NO/ Did Weights 3x Nike Training 1x
* P90x Yoga (fingers crossed): I didn’t cross my fingers hard enough
* Stretch after each workout: Blahhh
* Track all seven days for Weight Watcher: SUCCESS

 

GOALS
*Workout at least 4x (Getting ready for a big move)
*Cook 5x
*Track Weight Watchers all seven days
*Finish packing for VIRGINIA!!!!!

    • Its toooo long, I want to stop after 30 minutes, gotta keep going though!!!!
      Im excited to go to VA, hope good things come from the move. Planning to take lots of pics on the road trip up!
